They took 6 months to replace a washing machine that could not be repaired.
In the end i only got action after going to the consumers intitute..

  • woodfort (builders) - go off on their own and do not communicate with the customer

  • oneal deveraux - forgets they have met you.

  • AMI insurance - submitted false claim for payment to co-worker, refused to listen to reason and would not drop the claim

  • skinny - after the death of an account holder, skinny would not understand or transfer the account to the XXX and threatened debt collection despite having the situation having been explained multiple times.
